I help to ensure our Training & Education meets the educational and support needs of each learner, helping them to identify and overcome any barriers to learning - so each person can reach their maximum potential in education, learning, volunteering, employment and life
What’s the most enjoyable part of your work?
Having a team who are supportive, professional and have a good sense of humour; and being able to be part of making a positive difference to the lives of the young adults we work with
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
Don’t take life too seriously,
and remember there is no such thing as mistakes, only opportunities for learning
Away from work, what do you enjoy doing?
I enjoy horse-riding; indulging in my passion for Spanish language, history and culture; and doing arts and crafts.
